[vtkusers] Mouse "Styles"

I'm working on a project that will have to deliver considerable interaction 
via mouse (and keyboard) to a vtk C++ application.  I can redefine a style 
(via vtkInteractorStyleUser and SetLeftButtonPressMethod, 
SetUserInteractionMethod, etc.) for any mouse button.  However, I can't 
redefine more than one mouse button to work during an interaction.  I'm sure 
that I'm missing something here.  Can anyone help or at least give an pointer 
to a C++ or TCL example that redefines the actions of at least two mouse 
buttons?
