Correct me if I'm wrong, but it does not make sense :) because every time 
doxygen is run it re-generates *all* the files. Basically doxygen does not 
handle "incremental documentation update". Thus, the whole doxygen man 
pages are touched almost every night (although it seems to me that it is 
run every 3 nights).
