[vtkusers] vtktclgraphicsobjs.lib link error

When I try to wrap vtk 3.1 in tcl 8.2 this error comes up:

tktclgraphicsobjs.lib(vtkTextureMapToSphereTcl.obj) : error
LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) public: static
class vtkTextureMapToSphere * __cdecl
vtkTextureMapToSphere::New(void)" (__imp_?New at vtkTextureMapToSphere@@SAPAV1 at XZ)

I can not find "tktclgraphicsobjs.lib" in the manual.  
Do you have any ideas on how to trouble shoot this?

I am compiling with MS Visual Studio 6.0 on NT.
