[vtkusers] dicom to rawpgm

I have difficulty to read multiple frames dicom file.
I had used dicom2 tool to convert DICOM to raw, but still have error.
The error when I use vtkVolumeReader is " error reaading rawpgm data"
 
can somebody help me to solve this?
