[vtkusers] How to SetSampleDistance for ray casting?

Hello Wolfram,

The comment is wrong - the sample distance is set in world coordinates. You 
should look at the spacing of the data and compute your distance from that.

By the way, that looks like an odd SLC header line - do you really have a 
spacing of 81 by 1 by 1.01?
