[vtkusers] vtk image viewer

Hi,
   I am trying to display an image on Windows os using Image viewer. While on Windows 95 it comes ok, on Windows NT it is minimized. How can I maximize it? Secondly how can I add interactor to the image viewer. Is it possible to add the images to the window so that it becomes the part of the frame and doesnot come outside?
The image is of 16 bit unsigned short data type.
