[vtkusers] CT image processing

Hi,

I  read CT image using vtkVolume16Reader. Now I am trying  to get 
information regarding each voxel, i.e. X,Y coordinate in each slice 
and intensity of image.  I am new user of VTK. May somebody give me 
advise how to do this?
