Hi!

(1) If you want to replace vtk with wish83 just put a link to wish in that
Folder, but I don't see why one wants to do so.
(2) Did you read the readme file in %VTKHOME%\wrapping\Tcl? You should read
it and set the TCLLIBPATH.
(3) You don't need vtkInt.tcl. Read the comments within the code of the
tutorial scripts and your questions regarding interaction will be answered.
