[vtkusers] itk running error

Dear all:
        After I built vtk4 library and then I built itk package, and when I
run one of the program
MRIRegistration files, there is an error popup saying : The
MRIRegistration.exe file is linked to
missing export VTKFILTERING.DLL:?PrintSelf at vtkImageToImageFilter@@UAEXAAV?$
basic_ostream at DU?$char_traits at std@@@std@@VvtkIndent@@@Z

I have checked both of the VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB in vtk4 and ITK, why there is
still
this kind of error?
