You have all done an excellent job with respect to VTK 4.0. This
includes Sebastian and all other helpers all over the world.
The new installation using CMake is superb and the new directory
structure is more logical.
In my opinion the whole product is evolving beautifully. It is a
pleasure to use it; so. keep up the good work.
Have a well earned and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.
