[vtkusers] Showing a 2D image using Java and VTK

Hello everyone.

I've been trying a Java on VTK (vtkPanel.java).
I could compile and run sample sourve App2.java, then
Now, I am trying showing a 2D image (i.e. BMP, TIFF) using
Java and VTK. But, I dont know how to show the 2D image via
Java and VTK.

My question is
   * Does anybody show or know a hint or sample code ?
   * Can the vtkPanel handle a 2D image ?
