[vtkusers] Pbm compiling vtk

I try to compile vtk on  solaris 5.7 using g++ et gcc (gnu software) but

in the directory graphics the file vtkXRenderWindowInteractor.cxx
doesn't compile because of the X fonctions declarations . An example of
the error message is the followin ng :
-/usr/openwin/include/X11/Xlib.h: 3708 : ANSI C++ forbids declaration
'XSetCommand' with no type . How can I do using configure et make to
compile the library
