[vtkusers] update and build CMake for vtk4.0 nightly?

Yes.

Updating CMake to 1.0 should be enough.
You should be able to build VTK 4.0 with CMake release only (here, 1.0, 
since we release the official VTK 4.0 and CMake 1.0 at the same time).
