[vtkusers] how to build vtkTkRenderWidget.dll?

Hi, there,

I'm trying to compile VTK3.2 on Windows 2000 with VC 6. I followed the
instructions came with the VTK source, but I didn't get the
vtkTkRenderWidget.dll. Can anyone tell me what I should do after running
pcmaker.exe?
