[vtkusers] reducing triangles

Thanks Adrian, I followed your advice and made a combination of vtkdecimate, 
vtkSmootherPolyDataFilter and then vtkdecimate and got a message saying no 
data to decimate after the second decimation filter. Did you use some 
filters in between??
