[vtkusers] TCL/vtkCompositeFilter

Hi,
For some reason the class above is not inclued into
VTK distribution disk MAKEFILE.
So it was not build for C++ libraries, neigther for
TCL interpreter.
The source does exist in the \contrib library.
What is the explanation?
Does somebody has the updated version of the make
files for Win32?
