[vtkusers] recent build issue

Hi folks-
  Just did a cvs update for the first time in a couple weeks (roughly) and
after building, I get the following when trying to run (in a wish83 console
window):

% package require vtk
::vtk::load_component: vtkCommonTCL could not be found.
can't find package vtkcommon

I had been running 4.0 successfully for a while before this problem arose.
Did something change recently?
