[vtkusers] Multiple vtkRenders in X Windows using Java

I am having some problems displaying multiple renderers in a single render
windows on Linux.  This works fine on Windows, but on Linux, only the
renderer that was added last added to the render window (via AddRenderer) is
renderer.  Is this a bug?  BTW, this is using vtkJava and making use of
vtkPanel with some slight modifications...
