[vtkusers] division by 0 in vtkLegendBoxActor

Hi all,

In vtkLegendBoxActor, I think there's a division by zero when the symbol is
the default (an horizontal line).

For this symbol : bounds[2]=bounds[3]=0
 and at line 559 of vtkLegendBoxActor.cxx : size[1]/(bounds[3]-bounds[2]) is
undefined .

This causes a core with some compilers (on Alpha especially).
