[vtkusers] vtkImageIslandRemover

Hi,
I have rendered volume from the input file(raw format),
it suppose to display heart.But the problem is the volume that
was displayed is all same color. It still can see the heart
but not so clear. How to remove the surrounding such that
can only display the image inside??
I read about the vtkImageIslandRemover, but I don't quite understand
how to know the value of island_area, island_replace and tissue.
Can somebody help me about this?
