[vtkusers] Help help!! Coordinate problems!!

Dear all VTK user:
I am a beginner in VTK, Can I give a specify coordinate to move the object.  
For example, input X,Y,Z in world coordinate to control the object movement?
Can anyone sent me some information about this?
