[vtkusers] VC5 and Nightly?

Thanks to everybody, I installed the SV 3 again and everything now is compiling.
I did not think about this possibility, because I already installed it three
months ago, so I really don't understand why it's necessary to do it again. It's
the usual Microsoft stuff...
