[vtkusers] Tk Editor

[Fletcher, Bob (GEAE)]

There is vtcl from
www.neuron.com
or
http://vtcl.sourceforge.net/

It's GPL.  I have  not used it with vtk, but don't think that there should
be any problem.
There's a mailing list available.
