[vtkusers] Dependency vtkExtent.h not found

    Hello all,

    I was running PCMAKER after uncomment some lines in the contrib/Makefile.in related to MPI, then a the message "Dependency vtkExtent.h not found!!!", I've looked for but I've not found any file with vtkExtent definition.
    did I forget to do anything ? or is any file missing ?
