[vtkusers] Python, Windows 2000

Hi,

I've just installed vtk 3.1 on Windows 2000 with the Python bindings.  I have
set up my PYTHONPATH to include the python directory in the vtk distribution.
I have also set up a module key in the registry that locates the vtkpython DLL.

When I attempt to import vtkpython.dll I get:

ImportError: DLL load failed: A device attached to the system is not functioning.

I have tried this with both python 1.52 and 2.0 with the same results.
