[vtkusers] Pending release vtk3.2; eliminating native imaging classes;deprecating methods

Hi Will,

the classes for image display in the vtkQGL lib will not 
work without the native imaging.
My time is very limited and in near future the code can
not be adapted to fit the new imaging classes.
