[vtkusers] Sample Program

Dear Vtkusers!!

Is there a sample program code for the picture
in Visualization Toolkit book?

Book: The VISUALIZATION TOOLKIT 2nd Edition
Page: 308 
         Color Plate 66
	Visualizing the quadric in three parts. The left part of the
  	image  show isosurface. In the middle part, color mapped 
	planes indicate function value. In the right part, contour lines
	 illustrate regions of constant function value.

I only could find the left part of the picture. 
If any body knows where it is, please let me know.
