Hi everybody

I am not able to find a function that can set the background color of a
window (I only use vtkrenderwindow and not things like vtkviewport or so
)

I use cgi-programming to run the vtk program on a server which creates
ppm files. since these files will be further proceeded i am looking for
a way to avoid creation and display of the program window.
