[vtkusers] Registering images help

Hi VtkUsers!!, I would like to know if in VTK there is some algorithm to
register (alignment) of
images using fiducial points, previous to use Marching Cubes for
example,  Ray Casting, etc.
am working with medical images, and I want to reconstruct a set of
images of serial section.
