online manual not working

The online manuals on the web site are not working (at least for me).
It appears the problem is the html file refers to a style sheet
(doxygen.css) that it can't find.  I used them the other day so it
appears something changed recently.

I cc'ed this to kitware at kitware.com hoping that someone will fix it.
