Vtk class for projecting texture

Hi,

	I looked at vtkProjectedTexture before I started writing this
class. I found it difficult to adapt it to arbitrary camera (slide
projector) orientation (like a SetOrientation method). In my
application, I had to project the texture from arbitrary 
position and orientation
