Importing VRML

I did build it against Vtk 3.0 recently so I know it still works. Sorry for
not sitting down and finalizing this for the contrib directory. Hopefully
this summer.

I was wondering if there was anything that would read in a VRML file
created by the VRML Exporter (Version 3.1) back into Vtk ?  I looked for
the importer created by Tom Citriniti but the link seems to be incorrect.
