vtk and volumepro

Hello Yong Chong,

In the contrib kit there are directions inside of vtkVolumeProVG500Mapper.h 
on how to include VolumePro support in VTK. You would then use VTK to 
render volumes with the VolumePro - not vli directly. There is an example 
in contrib/examplestcl called volProSimple.tcl.
