3d mesh

Hello, everyone:

I am just wondering if someone knows which software
can generate hexahedron element from triangular element
surface?

I have build a 3d model of femur, and the objective is finite
element analysis of this femur. one approach is generate
a sloid modle of femur, then import it to ANSYS, but it seems
this is very difficulty, then I am just thinking if I can
mesh the fumer directly, then I can passby the soild modeling.

the surface femur model contains 2 surfaces, inside surface and
outside surface, and I want to make hexahedron elements between
these two surfaces.

Anyone can help me?
