Bug in vtkViewport (version 3.1); Follow up.

Hi again,

I noticed that the construction: this->VTKWindow->GetSize() is used in
many other funtions in vtkViewport as well. So IMHO all functions should
be corrected with the if-statement that checks if the VTKWindow != NULL.
