Upgrade to VC++6.0???

Hi Chris,

I use VC++5.0 for compilation.  So (as you noted) does the VTK regression
testing.  VC++5.0 compatibility is being maintained, but you have to
apply Visual Studio Service Pack 3 to fix some VC++ bugs.  It is a free
(but very large) download from MS.
