NeighborhoodSize and SampleSpacing in vtkSurfaceReconstructionFilter

Can I change the neighborhoodsize and sample spacing when I use
vtkSurfaceReconstructionFilter? I know the default neighbohood size is
20,and the sample spacing is a resonable guess, but what is its value?
