[vtkusers] Volume rendering and vtkVolumeTextureMapper2D

Hi Frank -

You might want to start by looking for examples, a grep in the *.tcl files for 
VolumeTexturemapper2D gave me vtk/graphics/volTexSimple.tcl. 
Also, (shameless plug follows) The VTK User's Guide has a pretty good section on 
volume rendering.
