Very Surprised - Many months ago I generated a general GUI interface which could easily
be adapted for Manufacture Processes.
It involves a simple mesh generator (for simple geometries) with the ability to run tochnog,an
analysis package (only feasable for for simple geometries ).
The unstructured grid visualiasation used cutting planes,isosurfaces ( with secodary results
superimposed), conic sections cuts (cos I'm used to turned parts) and displaying secondary
values as above within threshold limits (cos I like to look at mushy regions, thus
temperature regions, in a casting process).
Nobody seemed to be interested. So , as piplines are easily added, I intend to use
the package as an engineering teaching aid for 3D visualisation.
