[vtkusers] Replacing the Win32/MFC ugview with "Sample"

To whoever assembles the the vtk nightlies, 
Is it not time for the out-dated VC demos [ugview, ugview2] 
to be removed from the nightly set?  How about replacing them 
with the very helpful Win32/MFC demo from v3.x, /Sample
