[vtkusers] converting vtkRectilinearGrid to vtkImageData

 Is there is a direct way, or a class,  for converting between the
vtkRectilinearGrid and vtkImageData ?

  I have some images stored in a rectilinear grid, and I want to send
them to a image reslice.

 Which is the best way to do this ?
