Has anyone considered using FLTK (www.fltk.org) ? It's free, fast, light
and portable (Win95/98/2000/NT,Linux and soon MAC). It has OpenGL/MESA
support and a VTK widget, too. Version 2.0 (to be released hopefully
within 2 months) should be even better.

Regards,
Vieri
