[vtkusers] BvtkRenderWindow Package

I used this package with Borland c++ Builder and everything is ok.
In order to use this package, you should add your project, bvtkRenderwindow.bpl and vtk.dll files
Then, you should open "component" menu from the mainmenu of Borland c++ Builder compiler, and select bvtrenderwindow.Then on the menu bar you will see a component nased as vtk. And you can use this new vtk component like others. For example, like image component. In order to do so, you should drag it with mouse on to the Form where you want to place bvtkrenderwindow. And you should modify, code according to the new name of the bvtkRenderWindow.
