Greetings

When working with GausianSplatter, I noticed that the maximum scalar value
for the structured grid is that of an individual splat.  When contouring
splats I would like the scalars to represent the sum (union) of the spats
so I can characterize the dense region(s) of points.  "The Visualization
Toolkit" 2nd ed., pg. 396 mentions the use of boolean operations but I do
not see this provision included in vtkGausianSplatter.  I am working with
Tcl and would rather not work with the C++ code.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.
