[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer

Hello there,

I'm rendering 2D images with vtkImageViewer. However, once the window is
displayed I have no control on it: I cannot move it, resize or anything. Is
it possible to set an Interactor on such a window?  What should I do?

Is SAVEVIEWERIMAGE (viewer) for it? I cannot find it in the directories I
have downloaded from the vtk site, is it in a patented directory?
