[vtkusers] Does Majordomo works ?

I try to unsubscribe the vtkusers mailing but it doesn't work.
I sent a mail to Majordomo at gsao.gso.med.ge.com named "unsubscribe vtkusers"   
and I received

**** unsubscribe: 'Hugues Wisniewski <h_wski at yahoo.com>' is not a member of list 'vtkusers'.
**** contact "vtkusers-approval at gsao.gso.med.ge.com" if you need help.

I contacted "vtkusers-approval at gsao.gso.med.ge.com" but didn't receive any help.
What do I have to do ?
