[vtkusers] Problems installing vtk

Dear Vtkuses,

I am trying to install vtk and I have different problems in doing that. I am following the instructions found in the web page http://www.kitware.com/vtkhtml/vtkdata/HowToGetSoftware.html

I believe that many things are unclear there.
1. Do I have to put vtk312Core and vtk312Cpp in the same directory?
2. What about vtk312Win32Src? What's the relation with the other ones?
3. After doing all the instructions in README file and going to vtkbin\vtkdll I cannot run the command "nmake".

I would appreciate it if you could help me with this mess I am in.
