VTK and MDI

Hello,
I´m using VTK 2.4, MSVC++ 6.0 SP3, NT 4.0 WS SP6a.

I have some difficulties implementing a MDI Win32 application with a VTK
application in the child frame. I´m using the example from the VTK Users
Guide. 
The Child frame has no border, no control elements, it only appears as a
with background on top. So it isn´t possibe to close only the child frame. 
Last week there was a mail about problems with MFC and VTK. So I tested the
idea rendering into the memory, but since I don´t use MFC the vtkWin32...
function doesnt work.

Any ideas?
