[vtkusers] How to read other files in vtk..

Hi VTK Users!

I have a file of CT in  .mat format (matlab) and I want to use it in
VTKin conjunction of MarchingCubes, how can I read it?, because mostly
of the readers works with a stack of files, and I hace all the
information in just one file.

If someone can help, I also can send the data file (513Kb)
