[vtkusers] Support for 3D trackers and 3D mice

I'm glad to see that someone has already implemented 3D tracking classes;
I was on the virge of starting this myself for a Polhemus Fastrack.

I would be very interested in your base class, and if possible, one of
the (stripped down?) device specific classes so that I could add support
for the Polhemus.
